September 7th: Risotto!

 If you say Risotto I will always think of Michael Chiarello and his show on PBS. Risotto Bianco I think he made or was it Blanco? I have no idea. But I think of his California-Italian cuisine a lot. On the side there was cauliflower parmigiana. "That's a lot of white," my mom said. Thank you for that astute observation.
