March 30: Sheet Pan Tostadas with Black Beans & Chicken

Sheet pan tostadas can be made quickly when you saute everything instead of using sheet pans. I especialy like to only use one saute pan for everything. Saute, empty. Repeat. Nuala loves the black beans and the boys can have chicken in theirs. It's been too cold and gray for the end of March in North Carolina, but this dinner is a comforting one.
