September 1: Sheet Pan Tofu, Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes

 The new Food and Wine arrived last weekend and with it a few new recipes for trying. This one was first up on our list. I threw in some chopped onions and had broccoli crowns instead of broccolini becaause that's how we roll. I loved the marinade, but next time I'll fry up the tofu. I think I started eating tofu baked in the oven which is absolutely fine, but then I started frying it and my family started loving it.
