July 30-August 14

 We traveled during this time. Watts and I went to Vermont where I cooked one meal in the van- a cucumber tomato salad and a pasta dish. The rest of the time we ate snacks and found our old favorites and some new favorites. Then I came back and started working again. I know I cooked last week, but it was a little bit of a blur. There was a tofu bulgogi and creamy herby white beans on different occasions, but I forgot the rest. 

I'll be back on something like a schedule now. One where I have to plan dinners at the start of the week because the days will be full. We'll see how that all goes.
