August 31: PIZZA

 I don't know what made me want to make pizza for dinner. I'm not sure why I thought I had enough time, but I did it anyway. Salad pizza. Eggplant pizza. Pepperoni Pizza. Potato Pizza. I used a quick pizza dough recipe that only needs to prove for 30 minutes. While that was proving I did everything else including running to Bestway for tissues for one of Nuala's classes.
