August 30: Sausage and Pasta

The meat eaters in this house are in full force on Monday and Tuesday. So I make meat. One of my favorite meals to cook is pasta with sausage with whatever else I can think of. Tonight there was broccoli and spinach. Some cream. More pecorino. And did I say sausage?
