August 24: Jackfruit Tacos

 We first had Jackfruit about a year ago and it was so good. The other day I found a bag of it at Harris Teeter. Tonight we had a little bit of time before going to see Where the Crawdads Sing so we made jackfruit tacos. The bag had enough for two people two have three tacos, plus a little bit more. It's definitely something I'll keep on hand for the text time we need a quick dinner.
