August 18: Red Lentil Cakes

 I like this little recipe for red lentil cakes. It's for a red lentil loaf, but I like the cakes better.  On the side there was a mock tzatziki sauce, a caprese salad and fried squash. The first week back at school and I'm ready to sit on the couch and stare into space now.
