August 17: Cauliflower Toast and Potatoes
I don't know where the time slips to after I get home from work, but slip away it does. I needed to meet Watts at the shop (where he was stuck) so we could facetime his mom for her birthday with his siblings. I made one of the fastest dinners in the west. Boiled some red potatoes, smashed them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Then I sauteed up some cauliflower with paprika, nutmeg, garlic, salt and pepper. Then I mixed some ricotta in. I toasted some bread. And bam... Cauliflower Toast.
