July 23: Grilled Chicken and other summer things
It is mid-day and I am in the middle of doing work, but I have some chicken marinating in yogurt and herbs and lemon zest. When the time is right I'll grill it. While it's grilling, I'll cut up cukes and tomatoes for a salad and maybe even boil potatoes that I'll eventually drizzle olive oil over topped with some Peruvian salt and American pepper.
