July 18: Scampi & Cauliflower

 Sometimes on hot summer days I go into the kitchen and just go on automatic pilot. Yesterday was one of those days. I sauteed cauliflower with smashed garlic, cumin and turmeric then I threw in feta and cilantro. I also made shrimp scampi because I happened to have some shrimp in the freezer. After all of that, dinner was served.
