July 12: Steak with Chimichurri

It was an easy idea. Steak and chimichurri and a potato salad based off on a longer recipe involving the red peppers, garlic (lots of it), balsamic and potatoes. I did it stovetop style instead of in the oven. There was also a vegetable, but I forget what that was.
