June 9: Minestrone

We are all dropping like flies from Covid. Well everyone but me. Yet. It's a very dangerous game I'm playing apparently. Very dangerous. 

While Watts is on the up and up, but still not himself, Nuala is in day one of the beast. So today she requested Broccoli Rabe. I also made a veg minestrone soup which she's eaten two bowls of. She has not eaten the broccoli rabe yet, but that's coming. I know it is. Nothing like late night Broccoli Rabe.
