June 4: Creamy Pasta with Greens and Tomatoes + A Jubilee Trifle
We headed to my sister's so Nuala could get some cousin time and we could hear about my sister and Chuck's trip to Peru. We brought over our Jubilee Trifle. Not quite the recipe for the jubilee trifle we saw posted, but our own version with a lemon roll base, some raspberry preserves, creme pat, a marscapone whipped cream with lemon zest garnished with raspberries and white chocolate bark. Delicious and not too lemony because to be honest things can be too lemony when baked.
