June 3: Eggplant Couscous Salad

 The plan was to meet some friends at the Grasshoppers game. I made a pearled couscous salad with tomatoes, eggplant, spinach and feta. Then we may have eaten some junk at the game. Also, I drank a michelob ultra which is a beer I only drink at baseball games and I confess that I low key love it.
