June 29: Vegetable Tofu Curry

 I haven't made dinner yet, but the next couple of days are busy so I'm writing about the plan for tonight. Burns might tell me to foresight is vain, but alas I am forging ahead. I have all the ingredients for this recipe on hand and it's a week where we need to clean out the fridge and while tonight may seem to make sense. I have no idea what tomorrow will look like.
