June 27: Jambalaya
Watts always eats and usually likes what I make, but if there's one thing he really likes...it's jambalaya. Sometimes I forget that, but last night I didn't. I had some andouille sausage, peppers and celery that were needing to be cooked. So I used this recipe as a base, but I pretty much doubled it or even tripled it I think. That way we have leftovers because who doesn't love a little jambalaya lunch.
