June 21: Chicken with Artichokes
I've been meaning to cook some chicken since before Covid. Then Covid happened and Watts only wanted Quesadillas. So here we are again and it's cooking time. For dinner I made Wine Braised Chicken with Artichoke Hearts. There was also rice and asparagus. It was good, but to be honest it wasn't my favorite chicken dish. I needed garlic and some lemon. So the next time I bust this recipe out that's what I'll add.
