June 15: Tacos

 Even just sauteeing the cauliflower and sweet potatoes and peppers I was sweating. Cooking in summer in my house prepares me for any kitchen I would ever work in. No air. The sun shines on the back of the house (where the kitchen is) in the afternoons. It's easily 100 or more in there. Beastly. Veggie tacos are a staple and even though it's hot to make, it's not the hottest.
