June 13: The Covid Special

 Our house is free and clear of Covid, but there are after effects. One of them being that Watts still doesn't want the usual kind of foods I make. So last night, a night that was too hot to really cook anyway, Watts requested his Covid special: black bean and spinach quesadilla. I obliged along with a cucumber salad. Super plain, but it gets the job done.
