June 12: Risotto

 One Covid patient his own quesadilla. I think that was Covid Quesadilla number 7 while another Covid patient requested Risotto. It seemed like an easy enough task except it was hot and stirring that risotto had me sweating big time, but it's all okay. It tasted good and everyone was happy with their little bowls of food.
