May 8: Hot Dogs, Burgers & that Rhubarb Macaroon Tart

 It was mother's day and I wasn't going to cook dinner. Or I hadn't really thought of it because I really wanted to go to the new Parkside Pull Up for dogs (veggie or real) and burgers (veggie or real) and soft serve. The idea of eating outside though seemed a little ridiculous. Still... we did it, but we didn't stay long enough for soft serve. Instead we came home to this Rhubarb (and Strawberry) Macaroon Tart that I had made the day before. I was really making it as a practice to have a new gluten free and non chocolate dessert for summer dinner parties. An all around success.
