May 24: Enchiladas from the Freezer

 It was just me tonight and I didn't really know what to make and then I saw a mysterious foil packet in the freezer. I peeked inside. Leftover enchiladas from last month. I took them out did a bit of defrosting and then happily ate them. That's why I put things in the freezer. Exactly for nights like this.
