May 2: Last Softball Quesadilla

 The very last game of the season was last night. It was way up at Northern Guilford. After work, I had just enough time to go for a quick run, take a quick shower and make a quick quesadilla. The quick quesadilla and quick baked potato are my favorite meals when you're rushing and alone. You can literarlly throw almost anything you want in or on them and it will taste good or at least good-ish.
