May 19: Indian Butter Tofu + Fig & Fennel Loaf + Dinner for Susan

 Tonight it will be Indian Butter Tofu because I have all the ingredients and it seems logical. I also baked a fig & fennel loaf that I will probably eat with some brie at some point in the day. Tonight I'm also bringing my friend Susan dinner. Susan's been going through chemo and I've got one of my meal train sign ups tonight. I always ask what she or her daughter might want. In response to my question this time, she asked, "Do you make fried chicken?" Ahhh... no. This northern girl does not, but she can procure it pretty easily. So that's what I'm doing. Fried chicken (bought) and sides (homemade). But it did get me thinking about foods that I don't make and that maybe I need to change that this summer. Maybe.
