May 1: Cornish Pasties

 On a road trip to Michigan, Watts fell in love with cornish pasties. I tried to make them once and they were less than inspiring. I found this recipe from King Arthur Baking and it was a definite improvement. Like a huge one. Still, I've got lots of ideas on how I want to tweak it, but this is a good place to work from.
