April 6: BBQ Chicken and Tofu
I know that many people would think that me calling what I made for dinner last night BBQ is a crime, but I don't care. I'm not southern and I never will be. A long time ago I found this barbecue sauce that's more Kansas City style than anything else. Because to be totally honest, that's my favorite kind of barbecue sauce. I made the sauce, put it all over some chicken legs I had mistakenly bought and then on some tofu, mashed potatoes, cooked green beans and dinner was served.
