April 26: Sad Sack Supper

 Nuala had a softball game. The boys were going to Kiosco. Did I eat my supper like a sad sack standing over the sink? Why yes.... yes I did. What was it you ask? Well, the very complex recipe included leftover rice, leftover black beans, sprinkled with cheddar cheese then nuked until warm and melted. Then I dumped some salsa over it and mixed it all up. If there had been spinach, I would have mixed that in too.
