April 11-April 18: A week of dinners I can't remember

 To be honest I lost track of this week. It happened to be the week between birthdays and Easter, the time when registration for summer and fall starts, the time when students suddenly care that they're failing or at the very least not going to finish with the grade they thought they were. There were softball games too. I know I made harissa bolognese with impossible meat. I think I also made a pasta with sausage dish. There was also bacon pasta and of course on Easter there was cake. Tonight I'm making chicken. A good chicken recipe I haven't found yet. I'll be back on track soon. I promise.
