March 6: Red Cabbage Ragu

Do you ever read a recipe and just know it will make you very very very happy? I knew the moment I read this recipe it would do that. I can't recommend this red cabbage ragu enough. My favorite part was braising the red cabbage and almost eating it all before continuing on with the recipe.
