March 5th: Grilled Cheese & Paris Brest
On Saturday we had an online class with Bake with a Legend, specifically Dan, and specifically to make Paris Brest.

We did the class at my mom's in Durham. It was actually a present for her 75th birthday. All of us baking together something none of us knew anything about. It was excellent.
By the time we got home, we weren't really in the mood to make anything elaborate. Nuala had mentioned something about wanting a grilled cheese one of these days so that's what we had. Grated cheddar and jarlsberg on sourdough bread. Perfect.
