March 31: Red Cabbage Ragu

 I'm kind of in love with this Red Cabbage Ragu and I've been wanting to make it again since I made it the first time. What's funny is that in thinking about the recipe I'm like... There's no way it will taste as good as I remember. I can't wait for it. I also can't wait to sip a little red wine with it. It's been a week.
