February 6th: Pasta with Bacon

 I should be grading papers right now, but instead I'm thinking about dinner. I'll be making some kind of Pasta alla Gricia or what the lads call---Pasta with bacon. I had all sorts of ambitions to make other things on Sunday, but there was cleaning bathrooms, organizing closets and grading papers that also had to happen so adulating won out over playing in the kitchen. At least bacon pasta is a kind comfort.
