February 4th: Dumplings

 I somehow missed the Lunar New Year which is kind of crazy because it's always this time of year, but it's been a tough start to the new year and suddenly it was upon us. Friday night seemed to be a perfect night for dumplings. I mostly took the recipe from Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything Vegetarian, but then I fried them up. I think I was trying to do too many things at first so I wound up burning the first batch to a crisp.Those were mine. The rest were fun with only problem. We could all eat a million of the them.
