February 3rd: Harissa and White Bean Chili

 Harissa and White Bean Chili is glorious and I will be making it frequently in the future. We toasted some stale-ish bread for dipping and I honestly had one of my favorite dinners in recent times. I think one of the reasons I was so happy about it is that it brought comfort as we have our first family member test positive for Covid. The stress level was high and this took it down a notch our two.
