February 20: Eggplant Focaccia + Repeat Harissa Bolognese

 When I asked Watts if he was craving anything for dinner today he uncharacteriscally told me "we could eat what we had last night again." Usually, Watts doesn't seek out leftovers unless they're for lunch. But that Harissa Bolognese was so good it demands to be eaten two days in a row, especially since the amount I made was way too much for only two people. I was doing a lot of Gluten Free baking today so I could send a little birthday package to my aunt down in Florida. So after I made the flourless chocolate cake, the cinnamon stars and the chocolate grapefruit truffles I decided to make this Eggplant Focaccia. I ignored my instincts and followed a few steps I didn't usually do with focaccia, but it was still delicious. Not as big of a prove as we like, but still tasty.
