February 19: One Pot Harissa Bolognese
I saw this recipe for One Pan Pasta with Harissa Bolognese and I wanted to make it. For various reasons I had to veer from the recipe a bit. The most noticeable change being I used a dutch oven because I didn't have a big enough pan. It was exactly the kind of meal you want on a breezy February day. Watts said it was like fancy Hamburger Helper and I think he's quite right about that.
