February 17: Gnocchi and Brussels Sprouts
If you say what we had for dinner as just "Gnocchi and Brussels Sprouts" it sounds a little bluch. But this meal is NOT bluch. There is lemon zest and red pepper and brown butter. Three little things that make anything the opposite of bluch.
Also, I was today years old when I realized it was "Brussels Sprouts" not "Brussel Sprouts." Why am I so dumb.
