February 15: Hello Good Chicken, it's been a while
Anytime I say I'm going to make chicken, Watts asks "is it good chicken?" "I hope damn well it is," I whisper. Good chicken is always moist and flavorful and preferably has a bit of sauce to dip bread in or pour over rice. Tonight I made a Chicken Florentine using Mark Bittman's non-recipe. I even went out to grab a quick baguette for dipping. I mean... we needed milk anyway.
