February 14th: The Day of LOVE for LASAGNA

 I guess we should have been romantic and we often are, but it was a Monday and a particularly busy one for me at work. Plus, we don't really care about these things in ways that are traditional. I made a lasagna to bring to my friend Susan who was recently diagnosed with cancer and was completing her first day of chemo. I made another lasagna for us. I put them both in the oven and brought hers over warm. No need to do any work after you've been injected with cancer killing poison all day. Then I restrained myself from eating half of the damn thing all by myself.
