January 30th: Pasta with Vodka Sauce

 We spent the whole day either skiing (me) or snowboarding (everyone else). When we arrived home we needed a quick and satisfying dinner. Something that could stand in stark contrast to the gross fast-food we ate at lunch. Pasta with vodka sauce was the winner.
