January 28th: Vegan Sloppy Joes

 Last year my mom got me a subscription to Food & Wine. I like Food & Wine because sometimes things seem just out of reach, but other times they seem accessible. It's inspiring and sometimes it makes me laugh because it's obviously for people who have access to more than I do. But I like trying to do my best with what they put out there. 

In the most recent issue, there was a recipe for Vegan Sloppy Joes. We made them with quick pickles and tater tots because I can't remember when the last time I ate a tater tot was.
