January 27th: Mushroom Stroganoff & Cake for Coffee

Today's Theme: Food I could eat all by myself without any help from anyone. 

I love mushroom stroganoff. It's one of those dishes I could eat all of even if I'm making it for four people. I held back though and made sure there was enough for everyone. I love this recipe in particular. It's my go to. 

Before dinner I had some time to make my sister's birthday cake and then I wanted to make a cake to fill the containers that my neighbor brought over cookies in. I found just the kind of cake in Lazy Baking. A Cake for Coffee. Slightly citrusy and made with olive oil. I could eat the whole thing.
