January 22nd: Pizza & Toddies

 It had been a long time since we ordered a pizza and since we were at the end of another snow day it seemed like the perfect time. When Watts orders pizza, he gets the usual: large pie half pepperoni and half mushroom with a large greek salad. 

Before the pizza, because it was another snow day, I did some experimenting with toddy recipes. A hot gin toddy (from Bake Off finalist, Crystelle) and a modern hot toddy (from The New York Times). Both were delicious, but I'd have to drink the modern one before 4pm so it wouldn't keep me awake. Or drink it when I needed to stay awake.
