January 18th: Yogurt Chicken Curry & Chicken and Potato Pulao

 I had a big old pack of chicken breasts and wound up making two different chicken recipe's from Chetna's 30 Minute Indian. I also made her Naan bread. I love when a recipe book that says 30 minutes is actually 30 minutes but what I love about her book is that it's real cooking. Specifically, it's real cooking how I cook. I love to run about the kitchen and make a delicious dinner. There are no shortcuts or gross ingredients that I would never use.
