January 13th: Vegetarian Gumbo

We've been watching the new season of Queer Eye and in one of the episodes Antoni made Gumbo. Most of the time when Antoni cooks, we riff off of what he does. His cookbook is on my list of cookbooks to buy. For this dinner we used this recipe and I loved it. I especially loved how it asked you to roast frozen okra on parchment paper and then throw it in towards the end. It was easy and delicious.
