Christmas Week: 12/20-12/26

This maybe my favorite week of the year. I love the anticipation. I love the frenzy. I love the baking. I love having lots of bubbly in my fridge just in case. Most of my food imagination is occupied with the big days themselves, but I have to remember to think about the whole week like it's a dance. The small steps that lead up to the big move. 

On Monday we headed to see my nieces for lunch and when we returned it was almost dinner time. The easiest dinner I could find was midnight pasta. For Tuesday's dinner we just ate Coconut Chickpea Pumpkin Curry.  For Wednesday I'm going to throw some things in the crockpot early on so we can work on cleaning and some last minute baking. And then for Thursday's dinner I'm thinking Indian nachos because it's my pre-birthday dinner. 

Then it's Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
