August 16: Stanley Tucci Zucchini Pasta

 If you haven't read Stanley Tucci's memoir, do yourself a favor and just do it. Then make his Zucchini Pasta. After sitting a lot of the day (my Tuesday/Thursday schedule is filled with online classes), I have to say standing and frying batch after batch of little rounds of zucchini while drinking a glass of red wine and listening to music was pretty excellent.
